Los Angeles Asphalt Paving Company provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, parking lot striping, pavement repair, and related contractor services to residential and commercial clients in greater Los Angeles, California. The scope of any specific project is defined by the written estimate or contract provided to you before work begins.
Use of this website does not itself constitute a contract for services. A binding agreement for services is formed only when a written estimate is accepted by both parties, a deposit (if required) is received, and we confirm a scheduled start date.
All written estimates provided by Los Angeles Asphalt Paving Company are based on the conditions observed at the time of the site visit and the information you provide. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the work - such as an unstable base, drainage issues, or unforeseen structural problems - require additional materials or labor not included in the original scope. We will communicate any material price change to you before proceeding with work that falls outside the original estimate.
Verbal estimates are not binding. Only written, signed estimates or contracts constitute a pricing agreement.
We schedule work based on crew availability, permit timelines, and weather conditions. We will confirm your start date in writing or by phone before work begins. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, material delays, or other circumstances outside our control, and will notify you as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel a scheduled job, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs, particularly if materials have been ordered or equipment reserved. Any deposit paid toward a cancelled job will be applied per the terms of your written estimate.
Work may be stopped and rescheduled if site conditions (including weather, surface moisture, or accessibility) are not suitable for quality work. We will work with you to find the next available date.
Payment terms are set out in your written estimate or contract. In general, residential jobs may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Commercial jobs may operate on a net invoice schedule as agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed in your estimate. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the written contract. We reserve the right to place a mechanics lien on the property for non-payment as permitted under California law.
Payment in full is required before any warranty claim will be honored on a job with an outstanding balance.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project when requesting an estimate. You are responsible for clearing vehicles, personal property, and obstacles from the work area before the crew arrives. Delays caused by inaccessibility or unsafe site conditions may result in additional charges.
You are responsible for checking with your homeowners association (if applicable) and obtaining any approvals required by your HOA before work begins. We are not liable for HOA-related disputes arising from work performed based on your authorization.
Los Angeles Asphalt Paving Company provides a workmanship warranty on completed jobs as described in your written estimate or contract. This warranty covers defects in installation and applies for the period stated in writing. It does not cover:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to the arbitration clause above shall be brought in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For ongoing service contracts, changes to these terms will not affect the terms of a signed, active contract without written agreement from both parties.
