Los Angeles Asphalt Paving Company started in 2015 with a straightforward goal: give property owners in Los Angeles a paving contractor they could actually trust. The founder grew up in this city and knew firsthand how many contractors would cut corners on base work, skip proper surface prep, or disappear after the check cleared. That frustration was the motivation.
We built the company one job at a time, mostly through referrals from neighbors, property managers, and business owners who saw the work and passed our name along. Los Angeles is a big city with a lot of old asphalt - commercial parking lots on Ventura Boulevard, driveways in Silver Lake, parking areas for small businesses across the Eastside - and every one of those surfaces eventually needs someone who knows what they are doing.
Today we serve 12 communities across greater Los Angeles, handling everything from residential driveway replacement to commercial lot maintenance. The team is local, the work is our own, and the standard has not changed since day one.
